YOUR DATA, RESPECTED
Waitlist privacy notice
When you join the KULTRAE launch list, we collect the email address you enter and the date and wording of your consent. We use it only to send you an email when the marketplace launches. Joining the list does not create a marketplace account.
Choice and withdrawal
Joining is optional. You can withdraw or ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing kultraefashion@gmail.com. We will remove it from the list. We will not use the waitlist for unrelated marketing without asking you separately.
Where we keep it
The address and consent record are stored in KULTRAE’s hosted website database and are not displayed publicly. Only people managing KULTRAE should access the list. We will retain it until the launch announcement has been sent or you withdraw, then review it for deletion.
